Reseller orders, payments, and shipments were handled manually, which made the network hard to scale and gave resellers little visibility into their own orders.

The business also wanted a fair way to reward its most active resellers.

An API-first reseller platform: catalog and pricing, cart, orders with cancellation, payments with gateway webhooks, shipping-rate checks, and shipment tracking — all behind role-based access and row-level security.

Scheduled jobs recalculate reseller tiers and the leaderboard daily, expire unpaid orders, and poll shipment status. Admins manage orders, refunds, shipments, products, stock, and users, with audit logs and an observability view.
