01The Challenge
A group of companies handled attendance, leave, and approvals through chats and spreadsheets.
Leave balances were hard to keep accurate, approvals had no clear trail, and employee data across companies and locations lived in different files.
02The Solution
A group-wide HRIS: employees record attendance, request leave and permits, and track their own activity, while approvers work from one queue with a leave calendar, leave balances, attendance recap, and attendance verification.
HR manages employees and the organization structure — companies, locations, divisions, and positions — and configures roles and permissions, approval workflows, leave types and policies, holidays, work patterns, and email notifications, with an audit log behind every change.
