Employee training people actually finish. An internal LMS that turns ad-hoc onboarding into structured paths, with points, leaderboards, and real rewards that make progress feel earned.
01The Challenge
Onboarding and training were ad hoc: no structured learning paths for employees, little visibility for managers, and no clear incentive to finish programs.
02The Solution
An internal LMS with three roles. Employees follow programs made of courses and lessons, take quizzes and submit assignments, keep notes, and earn points, streaks, and certificates — then redeem points for rewards and see where they stand on the leaderboard.
Managers follow their team's progress without logging into individual accounts, while admins build programs, manage users and divisions, grade submissions, and configure rewards and point rules.
