01The Challenge
Agency operations were spread across ClickUp, Looker, and WhatsApp.
Every role — from leadership to account executives to specialists — had to piece together its own picture of tasks, client performance, sales, and SLAs from separate tools, and clients had no single place to follow their work.
02The Solution
An agency operating system with a home dashboard per role. Daily work (tasks, messages), clients and onboarding, sales (CRM, account-executive performance, retention), and digital marketing channels — content calendar, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and marketplace — live in one platform.
KPI and SLA monitoring, finance and HR, an IT area, and data views with AI insights sit alongside a branded client portal for approvals, reports, and threads. Page access is controlled per role.
