High-volume hiring for several client companies was managed through email threads and spreadsheets.
Screening hundreds of applicants by hand was slow, rankings were subjective, and following up with candidates took repetitive messaging.
02The Solution
A recruitment workspace where the hiring team creates job postings with screening questions and shares a public application form. Applicants are scored and ranked with AI, and each candidate has a detail page with HR notes and a hiring decision.
Candidates can be imported from Excel, jobs are organized per client company, WhatsApp message templates speed up follow-ups, and team members sign in with their work email and secured accounts.
